Shipping Policy

At Dannys Deli LLC, we are committed to getting your security systems to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping operations.


1. Order Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock security cameras and hardware are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom Orders: Systems requiring custom configuration or high-capacity hard drive installations may require an additional 1–2 business days for testing and setup.

  • Daily Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

  • Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship within the Continental United States.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or inclement weather.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your high-value electronics arrive safely:

  • UPS (Standard for most DVR/NVR systems)

  • FedEx

  • USPS (Typically for smaller accessories or components)

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has reached the shipping stage. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

5. Signature Requirements & High-Value Items

To ensure the security of your purchase, orders containing complete multi-channel camera systems or high-value hardware may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Dannys Deli LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier has confirmed delivery. However, we understand that accidents happen:

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order and the packaging is visibly damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at info@danydeli.com within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you have not received your item, please check with neighbors or building management before contacting our support team.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily serve customers within the United States. For inquiries regarding international shipping, please contact us directly for a custom quote and to discuss local import duties/taxes.
