Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Dannys Deli LLC. We take pride in providing high-quality security camera systems and equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Standard Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within this timeframe.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Because we specialize in electronic security systems, all returned hardware must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it. Equipment that shows signs of installation, mounting, or physical damage is not eligible for a standard return.
Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
Accessories: All original accessories, including power cables, mounting hardware, manuals, and software disks, must be included in the return package.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Custom-configured or personalized security systems.
Downloadable software products or digital licenses.
Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”
Equipment damaged due to improper installation or handling.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at info@danydeli.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Securely pack the items in the original packaging, clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (do not write on the manufacturer’s packaging), and mail it to our facility.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
Approval: If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (typically 5–10 business days).
Restocking Fee: Returns that are missing accessories, damaged packaging, or show minor signs of handling may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, deducted directly from your refund.
6. Exchanges and Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe you received a faulty security system or camera, please contact us immediately at info@danydeli.com so we can troubleshoot the issue or arrange for a direct exchange of the defective component.
7. Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Defective Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), Dannys Deli LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
